Responsible AI at Say4

AI should strengthen judgement.
Not make it disappear.

The SafetyUX AI Engagement Assistant helps people connect evidence, prepare a response and keep action moving. Its role is advisory: accountable people remain in control.

The assistant can help

Prepare the next move.

  • Organise themes across approved information
  • Draft reports for different audiences
  • Suggest role, team or goal-based training pathways
  • Develop targeted training and engagement plans
  • Create reminders and review prompts
  • Keep agreed actions visible over time

The assistant does not

Take accountability.

  • Decide whether work is safe

  • Make disciplinary or employment decisions
  • Rank people as “safe” or “unsafe”
  • Turn unreviewed output into automatic action
  • Replace workforce involvement or human conversation

Our product principles

Useful because it is
bounded by design.

These principles guide product design and implementation. Exact technical, privacy and supplier controls are documented for the agreed use case.

01

Approved context

Use information the organisation has approved for a defined and relevant purpose.

02

Human review

Make recommendations available to accountable people to accept, change or reject.

03

Visible basis

Help reviewers see the goal, sources and themes informing a suggestion.

04

Proportionate use

Use AI where it supports preparation and insight—not where it would displace safety-critical judgement.

Before using an output

Six questions keep
the person in control.

Every meaningful suggestion should be reviewed in the context of the organisation, the quality of the evidence and the people who may be affected.
