Our approach
We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where reasonably possible. The website uses semantic structure, visible keyboard focus, persistent form labels, accessible colour contrast and responsive layouts.
Current assurance
A complete independent accessibility audit has not yet been carried out, so Say4 is not claiming formal WCAG conformance. We use automated and manual checks, including keyboard, focus, contrast, zoom and screen-reader review, as part of ongoing quality assurance.
Known limitations
Some illustrative dashboard text is intentionally small because it represents a non-interactive product concept. Meaningful product information is repeated in the surrounding page copy.
Tell us about a problem
If you need information in another format or encounter an accessibility barrier, use the Say4 enquiry form and select the closest available starting point. Please tell us which page you were using and what you were trying to do.
Improvement
We will review reported issues, prioritise barriers affecting essential journeys and update this statement when material changes are made.
